The Artist

The very first computer drawing the Avro Lancaster can be traced back to 1994 this was a bitmap amazed that I still have this image today which looking back looks nothing like a Lancaster but shows how far the image has developed.
Although I did not study as an artist, over many years I taught myself how and really did not imagine where this would go. Driven with my lifelong passion and interest in the Avro Lancaster and the energy to push the drawing envelope on how I could improve the profile image.
From local to global customers my Avro Lancaster profile has now many travelled far and wide. My personal highlight was one of my prints being presented to the crew of the Canadian Avro Lancaster in 2012.
I have worked with the National Air Force Museum of Canada and various restoration projects and exhibitions.

The Artwork features
Fully detailed inboard and outboard engines
Fully detailed and correct type of turrets
Fully detailed cockpit build
Internally detailed engines including wiring and plumbing
Accurate Nose art, textures and Squadron markings
Highly detailed aircrew stationed in their correct locations

Since I started drawing the Avro Lancaster in 1994, I have discovered so much about the Avro Lancaster myself and what I have been able to achieve which has surprised me.
