Ordering.
When ordering artwork, you are buying direct form the artist Garry R Fenton, I use "Paypal” for purchasing prints /artwork or services including commissions which are displayed on this website. All artwork which is purchased from this website is printed to order, paperwork is provided with the contact details and includes a certificate which is your guarantee that the artwork has been printed direct by the artist Mr Garry R Fenton
Returns policy.
Whilst great care is taken with the secure packaging of prints, there are rare occasions where unforeseen damage may occur during postage. Should your artwork arrive to you having sustained any damage, please contact me within 7 working days of receiving your artwork. All contact information details are the delivery note.
I am confident that you will be delighted with your artwork purchase but if for some reason you wish to return your artwork print, please contact me by e-mailing contact@avaitionartprofiles.co.uk quoting your order reference number. Please ensure that all artwork is returned undamaged in the original packaging where possible within 14 days of receipt. Please include the dispatch note received with the goods with the return.
Commission Artwork.
Please note I am unable to accept returns for any commission artwork produced.
Intellectual property and acceptable use.
All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Garry R Fenton, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website, including any such content uploaded by Users.
